ADVERTISING. The Site may contain advertisements and/or sponsorships. The advertisers and/or sponsors that provide these advertisements and sponsorships are solely responsible for insuring that the materials submitted for inclusion on the Site are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. World Events Management Services LLC is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor.
SEVERABILITY. If any provision of the Terms of Use is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. On successful payment customer should receive order confirmation by email and/or by SMS within 24-72 hours of the payment.
DELIVERY POLICY. E-Tickets are delivered by email instantly after order payment confirmaiton email however sometimes it can take 24-72 hours to send e-tickets (PDF) by email to customer. There are normally no charges for delivery of E-Tickets (PDF) however for some events Fee can be possible. Tickets delivery by courier is done within 7 working days of order placement however sometimes tickets are delivered to customer by courier 7-15 days prior to the event date on advice of organizer. There are charges to send tickets by courier which vary from one event to another. Delivery Fee/Charges has to be paid by customer on top of ticket cost & booking fees. In the instance when wrong, defective, damaged or tampered tickets are received by customer then customer must inform the company by call/email and replacement tickets will be issued again for customer without any extra costs.
eTicketing.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple bookings/transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY. All sales are 100% final. No refund/cancellation or exchange is possible once tickets are purchased. Refund would be issued only if event is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstance however booking fee deduction will be made if the event is cancelled in less than 30 days before the event start date. If your tickets delivered or delivery scheduled by courier and event was cancelled afterwards then Courier/Delivery Fees would not be refundable; only tickets original price paid will be refunded after deduction of our booking fees. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. If customer has mistakenly done any duplicate order(s) and requested refund for duplicate order(s)/transaction(s) within 5 days of ordering then it will be reviewed by our finance team and if genuine duplicate orders found then duplicate transaction refund will be issued within 30-45 days after the event after deduction of our booking and handling/processing fees.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Headings & section titles in this Agreement are for convenience and do not define, limit, or extend any provision of this Agreement.
Incase of any special circumstances, cancellation can be requested however refund will be done after deductions of cancellation/admin fees:
30 Days before the Event: 15% Cancellation Fee will be charged & any courier charges (if paid) will not be refunded.
Less than 30 Days before the Event: 25% Cancellation Fee will be charged & any courier charges (if paid) will not be refunded.
We are in NO way associated with Rugby World Cup Limited ("RWCL"), Rugby World Cup, World Rugby, Rugby Union or organizers for Rugby World Cup 2023 to be held in France from September 2023 till October 2023. The term Rugby World Cup is used only for the purpose of properly describing certain events and without the specific permission of RWCL. Tickets/Packages listed on our marketplace are not affiliated with RWCL and are sold usually on higher prices than the face value by individual sellers/vendors who secured tickets from official sources.

Ticket purchasers must agree to our all Ticket Terms & Conditions.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged eighteen (18) years or over. Children under the age of two (2) will be admitted to the stadium free of charge if they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket for The Vodafone Lions 1888 Cup.
There is a purchase limit of four (4) tickets per person.
Individual seats, within the selected price category, will be confirmed to ticket purchasers near the event as seat locations may be changed if government regulations and/or public health advice recommend or require social distancing measures between spectators within the stadium and/or if the capacity of the stadium needs to be reduced.
Tickets will be sent electronically to the email address used to purchase tickets within 5-7 days before the event.
If the event is cancelled or played behind closed doors due to government regulations and/or public health advice meaning that the event cannot (or it is advised that it should not) proceed as planned, ticket purchasers will be notified, and a refund will be issued. We will refund the full cost of the ticket to the original purchaser’s method of payment used at time of purchase after deduction of our booking & processing/admin fees which are non-refundable.
If the event is postponed due to government regulations and/or public health advice meaning that the event cannot (or it is advised that it should not) proceed as planned on the original scheduled date, ticket purchasers will be notified, and your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the event on the rescheduled date, you may claim a refund, [after deduction of our booking and admin fees] within 30 days of publication of the re-scheduled event date.
If you are legally prohibited from attending the event because of government restrictions and/or public health advice in place in your local area due to Coronavirus refund will be issued after deduction of our booking and admin fees.
